花墅集落于千岛湖高铁新区文昌镇王家源村——淳安县三大全国文明村、美丽宜居示范村之一。占地含林地 6–7 亩，建筑面积近 4500㎡，依山而建，四季皆景。Garden Villa Collection sits in Wangjiayuan Village, Wenchang Town, in the high-speed-rail district of Qiandao Lake — one of Chun'an County's three national civilized villages. Set across 6–7 mu of forested hillside with nearly 4,500㎡ of buildings, the retreat is built into the mountain, beautiful in every season.
成立杭州云游会务有限公司，十年深耕企业团建、年会、茶文化论坛与国际文化交流活动。Founded Hangzhou Yunyou Conference Services, spending a decade serving corporate team building, annual meetings, tea culture forums and international cultural exchanges.
创立「花墅集」品牌，成为淳安高铁版块政府重点招商项目。Launched the Garden Villa Collection brand, a key government-invited project of the Chun'an high-speed rail district.
10 月于千岛湖畔正式开业，园区鲜花四季盛开，负氧离子浓度为淳安最高，沐浴与饮用水均为山泉水。Opened in October on the shores of Qiandao Lake — flowers bloom year-round, the negative-oxygen concentration is the highest in Chun'an, and all bathing and drinking water comes from mountain springs.
除 21 间山景客房外，园区配有会议、茶修、瑜伽、星空玻璃房与花园餐厅等多处功能空间，可承接课程、团建、雅集与小型峰会。房型与客房设施详见下一节。 Beyond the 21 mountain-view rooms, the property offers meeting halls, a tea and yoga studio, a starlit glass house and a garden dining room — suitable for courses, retreats, gatherings and small summits. 客房依山而建，每一间都朝向山野。木、石、麻与自然色为主材，房间里不设电视，只留一盏可调的灯、一处静坐的角落，和一扇能把山请进来的窗。Built along the hillside, every room faces the mountain. Wood, stone, linen and earthy tones; no television — only a dimmable lamp, a corner to sit quietly, and a window that lets the mountain in.

花墅集不是把课程搬进山里，而是让山成为课程的一部分：练完一套拳，坐下来看一会儿云；采完一篮菜，才知道当季该吃什么。2027 年起，我们以专业太极旅修为起点，逐步展开东方智慧 Wellness Retreat 系列。We do not move a course indoors; we let the mountain teach. Practise a form, then sit and watch the clouds. Harvest a basket of greens and learn what the season asks you to eat. From 2027, professional Tai Chi retreats lead the way, followed by the Chinese Wisdom Wellness Retreat series.
